Christmas / New Year shipping times
Our central warehouses will be closed from 23.12.2024 to 01.01.2025. Incoming orders will not be shipped during this period. If necessary, you are welcome to use our branch network during this time. Customer service will be available as usual.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for All purchases. Pickups are available Monday - Friday; 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Please come to our Will Call sales counter to pickup your order.

Shipping Fees

We offer shipping at the following rates:

UPS Ground (1-5 days)Deteremined based on weight and size of packaging.
UPS Red (1 day)Deteremined based on weight and size of packaging.
LTL Motor Freight (1-6 days)Deteremined based on weight and size of packaging.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Hydraulic accumulators will ship without a nitrogen precharge.

All tubing can be shipped in wooden crates or PVC tube. The customer is responsible for packaging charges. Tubing may be banded together for shipping at no additional charge, however, the customer assumes responsibility for damages in shipping.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
