Shipping Point: All products and prices are EXW Ship Point, unless otherwise stated on quotation. Quoted prices supersede any and all previous price lists for these products. Prices are subject to change without notice. HANSA-FLEX USA cannot be held responsible for omissions and/or typographical errors.

Returns: Product may be returned only with prior authorization from HANSA-FLEX USA and all returns are subject to inspection and acceptance. Requests for Return Goods Authorization must be received within 15 days of the initial shipment. All returns are subject to a restocking fee. In the case of shipping errors, HANSA-FLEX USA must be notified within 15 days in order to receive an adjustment. Hose assemblies, tube assemblies, and cut tubing are not returnable.

Special Fittings, Manifolds, Cylinders: Specials are not returnable and are not cancellable without written permission from HANSA-FLEX USA Minimum Order: A minimum order of $25.00 is required for shipping.

Freight Policy: All freight charges will be billed to the customer, unless otherwise agreed upon. All purchase orders should specify shipping instructions. All motor freight shipments will be “COLLECT”, unless otherwise stated or agreed upon.

Packaging: All tubing can be shipped in wooden crates or PVC tube. The customer is responsible for packaging charges. Tubing may be banded together for shipping at no additional charge, however, the customer assumes responsibility for damages in shipping.

Credit Terms: All invoices are Net 30 DAYS. HANSA-FLEX USA accepts all major credit cards. All terms requiring differences than stated above shall be acceptable only with written acknowledgement by HANSA-FLEX USA.
