Pipe couplings are a potential weak point in pipe systems, which is why HANSA-FLEX places particular emphasis on the highest quality. It goes without saying that our products fulfil all the generally recognised standards, such as ISO 8434-1 and 2353 and have flow-optimised transitions. Moreover, numerous certifications confirm our consistent claim of high quality. In other words: it does not matter whether they have to resist hydraulic loads or vibrations – our pipe couplings hold firm. We have products with a zinc-nickel surface coating in our standard range. Thus we guarantee a high corrosion resistance of up to 1500 hours. If you require even better properties, our pipe couplings can also be ordered in other materials such as stainless steel or brass. All HANSA-FLEX couplings share a common design concept and have large contact surfaces for the wrench so that they are easier to install. In our online shop, you can find couplings with 24°, 37°, 40°, 60° and 74° sealing surfaces and with BSP, BSPT UNF, NPT, JIS and SAE thread types. This ensures that our products can be used in combination with all common connection threads. In addition to straight pipe couplings, we have 45° and 90° elbows and T-, L- and cross-shaped versions.
